PLANTATION, FL—Global risk consultancy FocusPoint International has signed an agreement with Air Canada to offer Crisis Assistance Plus (CAP) duty of care solutions to the airline’s customers.
With this agreement, Air Canada becomes the first major Canadian airline to offer the CAP duty of care solutions, inclusive of expert advice and fully-funded assistance, for business travellers who purchase airfare through Air Canada preferred partner agencies.
