TORONTO—VersaCold Logistics Services, a supply chain solutions company focused on temperature-sensitive products, has completed its acquisition of Coastal Pacific Xpress (CPX), effective June 1, 2016, following the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.

CPX, a BC-based refrigerated carrier specializing in shipping perishable and ambient products, will operate its business as part of VersaCold’s new VersaCold North America Transportation Solutions (VNATS) division.
