Mississauga, ON—Cluttered office? Papers everywhere? Busted furniture? Beat up chair? Staples Advantage wants to hear from you. The company’s new “Messiest Office” contest lets workers across Canada compete to see who has the worst office.

Participants can submit pictures of their organizationally-challenged work environments through the Staples Advantage Canada website or Facebook page where votes will be cast for the office most in need of an overhaul. The winner, as chosen by a contest committee from the top entries, will receive a full office suite worth $7,500 including furniture, ergonomic desk accessories and organizational products.

“We are really excited about getting a chance to see some of the muddled offices across the country,” said Staples Advantage president Michael Zahra. “This contest will be fun to enter and everyone can help us choose a winner. Staples Advantage has a wide range of products that can fix and unclutter any messy office, and we challenge Canadians to show us an office we can’t organize and improve.”

The contest, which is open to anyone in Canada over the age of 21 who works in an office of 20 associates or more (excluding Quebec residents due to legal restrictions), will run from November 1, 2012 until January 4, 2013 and can be found at along with full contest details.
