Infiniti offers personal concierge service to owners

Unlimited 24-hour access to a live team of professional assistants

New owners of Infiniti vehicles will now receive unlimited 24-hour access to a live team of professional assistants. Infiniti Personal Assistant is accessible primarily through the owner’s mobile phone, either synched in-vehicle (operating hands-free), or away from the vehicle.

Callers can ask for answers or assistance on a range of topics and tasks, including (but not limited to): directory assistance and driving directions; city guides; weather; party planning advice; movie times and reviews; travel arrangements; emergency assistance; stock market information; locating hard-to-find consumer products; dining suggestions and reservations; sports scores and stats, general trivia answers; product reviews and price comparisons; and schedule reminders.

Infiniti is the first luxury automobile brand to offer this type of service in Canada. Assistance is also available via e-mails, text messaging and online portals in both English and French.

The Infiniti Personal Assistant is offered at no cost for the first four years of Infiniti ownership. In addition, four-year companion accounts (providing access from an additional phone number) are also available at a minimal cost, as are four-year Certified Pre-Owned and one-year Infiniti pre-owned vehicle accounts. Infiniti models equipped with Infiniti Connection have the option of connecting to Infiniti Personal Assistant through the vehicle directly in addition to using a mobile device.
