PHH Arval will contact the new executive with a welcome letter to explain the company’s executive fleet policy and initiate the acquisition process. Executives deal directly with a dedicated client consultant, who is accessible via a toll-free number, throughout the vehicle acquisition process. The consultant reviews the many selection options required to meet the executives’ specifications, then negotiates the final price, purchase and delivery. Consultants audit all executive vehicle orders to ensure accuracy and keep executives current with status updates from the time the vehicle order is placed. The PHH client consultant contacts the executives when their vehicles are due for replacement and handles the quotes on purchasing those vehicles. PHH Arval will also handle all licensing and registration, vehicle moves within the province or Canada, including address changes and prerequisites for licensing and registration safety inspections if required.
