Omni-Lite Industries wins follow-on military contracts after $890,000 military order

Company received a third-quarter supplier scorecard from Alcoa Fastening Systems with a perfect record for quality and delivery

CERRITOS, CA—Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. as landed roughly CAD$890,000 in new orders. Of these orders, approximately 47 percent are in the specialty automotive division, 46 percent are in the aerospace division, 4 percent are in the military division and 3 percent are in the sports and recreation division.

The company said that the contracts include orders from two major U.S. military customers; one of which is related to the completion of the first article approval process at Omni-Lite’s facilities in October.

As well, Omni-Lite said it recently received a third-quarter supplier scorecard from Alcoa Fastening Systems (AFS) that had a perfect record for both quality and delivery

“The continuation of the high supplier rating achieved from Alcoa is helping to deepen the relationship between Alcoa and Omni-Lite,” said Allen Maxin, the company’s president.

Omni-Lite is a high-tech company that develops and manufactures precision components.
