COM DEV wins commercial contract

Work to be carried out at the company's facility in Cambridge and will wrap up by March 2015

CAMBRIDGE, ON—COM DEV International Ltd., a manufacturer of space hardware subsystems, has been awarded a contract for more than $6 million to supply Ku and C-band Input and Output Multiplexer equipment on a commercial satellite program.

“It is always gratifying to have customers keep returning to COM DEV for our proven hardware solutions in support of their needs.” said Mike Williams, President of COM DEV International Products.

It is expected that this value will grow to over $7 million as further content is added to the contract in the near future. The work on this program will be carried out at the company’s facility in Cambridge, Ontario with completion expected by March 2015.
